• Cure: Cast _cure wounds at 3rd-level (+3 spellcasting ability modifier).
• Numb: Cast sleet storm (spell save DC 15).

Curse. Releasing the charm’s power attracts the attention of a marid or water elemental who seeks you out to recruit you for a task.
